If you want an effective, time-saving workout that delivers you results – you want HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). A different workout every session will always keep you on your toes and your body ever changing.

Exercises are completed in an interval training pattern. Typically this means that you will have a 20 second blitz followed by a 10 second rest. Results come fast using the HIIT principle to build a truly athletic physique, in minimum time!
